These Terms govern your use of the Alpha Auron website and the Alpha Auron Nexus program, operated by Alpha Auron Private Limited (India). By accessing the site or purchasing a challenge, you agree to these Terms.
1. About the service
Alpha Auron is building a unified financial platform. Alpha Auron Nexus is a company-managed trading program in which the company conducts trading and participants receive the Payout Potential of their account tier.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. The program is offered to individuals in India.
3. Purchases & payments
Challenge prices are set in USD and displayed with an INR equivalent using our current conversion rate. Payments are made via UPI and verified manually using your transaction reference (UTR). Orders are marked Pending Verification until confirmed by our team.
4. Payout potential
Payout figures are indicative, performance-based potential attached to each account tier and are NOT guaranteed income. Payouts follow the plan schedule and verification.
5. Program rules
Participation is subject to the Nexus Rules, including the requirement to follow only company/organisation-provided signals and to refrain from independent trading. Violations may result in termination and forfeiture. See the Rules page for details.
6. Certificates & rewards
Participation and Payout Certificates are issued electronically and are publicly verifiable. Cards and free-use limits are loyalty rewards granted on reaching stated payout milestones, and may be modified or withdrawn for rule violations.
7. Refunds
Challenge fees are generally non-refundable once an order is confirmed, except where required by law. Contact support for any billing issue.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Auron is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing on the site constitutes investment advice.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
